A recently unearthed video showed the disgraced director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Anthony Fauci and other HHS (United States Department of Health and Human Services) officials discussing how a new virus from China could be used to enforce a universal vaccine. The video was filmed in October of 2019 – months before the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The unearthed footage begins at the 2:55 mark with a man in the meeting suggesting a massive systemic overall in order to push a new type of vaccination on the masses.
“Why don’t we blow the system up? I mean obviously, we can’t just turn off the spigot on the system we have and then say, hey everyone in the world should get this new vaccine that we haven’t given to anyone yet.
