A new video has surfaced of deceased Cuban dictator Fidel Castro receiving a standing ovation at a church in New York where Raphael Warnock, one of the Democratic candidates seeking a Senate seat in Georgia’s runoff election, used to be a pastor.

When the video was taken in 1995, Warnock was the youth pastor at the Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem. It is unclear whether Warnock was present at the event or if he was involved in bringing Castro to his church.

Warnock left the church and now serves as the pastor of the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Georgia, the same church where the famed civil rights activist Martin Luther King Jr. used to be a pastor. Read more…
